This all in one, integrated, solar powered street light is supplied as a complete fixture. The unique design of this luminaire allows the solar panel, battery, controller and LED lighting components are all housed in one single unit. It even has the mounting bracket attached for fixing to the side of the pole. You can choose from 3 different models with LED power from 20W to 40W so we can provide the lumen output that you require for your lighting project. The LED luminaire is fitted with multiple super efficient, high output white LEDs. We also offer a choice of pole heights. This solar powered street light offers three different modes which can be selected by the installer or end-user with the supplied remote control. Timed mode. This provides automatic illumination at dusk at 100% output for the first 2 hours, then 70% output for the next 2 hours, then 30% output for the next 8 hours, then off. Motion sensor mode. This provides automatic illumination at dusk at 30% output with 100% output upon motion detection for the first 2 hours, then 30% output with 70% output upon motion detection for the next 2 hours, then 10% output with 30% output upon motion detection. Mixed mode. This provides automatic illumination at dusk at 100% output for the first 2 hours, then 70% output for the next 2 hours, then 10% output for the next 8 hours with 30% output upon motion detection.

Light Fixture
A passive infra-red motion sensor is built into the fixture on all models.
Motion sensor detection range (at ground level) is up to 20' forward and with a 90 degree detection spread, up to 13' left/right.
The detection range will vary depending upon a few factors including fixture mounting height, local ambient temperature etc.
All/LED's have a color temperature of 5,500~6,000k.
LED status LEDs indicate charge, battery, and lamp status.
Pinhole on/off switch.
There are 3 mode options available which can be selected using the supplied IR remote control.
Timed mode - Automatic illumination at dusk at 100% output for the first 2 hours, then 70% output for the next 2 hours, then 30% output for the next 8 hours, then off.

The 20W model is fitted with multiple SMD/LEDs at 20w power and provides 2600 Lumens at full brightness and 900 Lumens in ambient mode.
The 30W model is fitted with multiple SMD/LEDs at 30w power and provides 3900 Lumens at full brightness and 1300 Lumens in ambient mode.
The 40W model is fitted with multiple SMD/LEDs at 40w power and provides 5200 Lumens at full brightness and 1700 Lumens in ambient mode.
The 40W model is approx. 45" x 13" x 2" (115cm x 33cm x 5cm) LxWxD.
The 20W model is ideal for lighting up an area approximately 60' x 60' (18m x 18m).
The 30W model is ideal for lighting up an area approximately 70' x 70' (21m x 21m).
The 40W model is ideal for lighting up an area approximately 80' x 80' (25m x 25m).

Battery
Integral high capacity Lithium battery pack pre-installed.
The system has built-in charge control regulation with over-charge and discharge protection.

Pole
All poles are made of galvanized steel and supplied with a satin gray finish.
The 10', 15' and 20' standard duty (SD) poles have has a welded base plate of approximately 1/3" (8mm) thick and approximately 10" x 10" (25cm x 25cm) square.
The SD pole base has four pre-drilled elongated holes 3/4" wide.
All SD poles are 3" (76mm) diameter (O.D.) at the top and approximately 4.5" (115mm) diameter at the base.
SD poles are supplied with a rebar/anchor kit is included for installation into wet concrete with nuts, bolts and washers. They can be fixed to an existing concrete pad using suitable expanding anchor bolts (not included).
The 15', 20' and 26' heavy duty (HD) poles have a square flat base (flat plate) with pre-drilled holes for installation which are approx. 3/4" (20mm diameter).
The HD poles have a square base plate which is approximately 12.5" x 12.5" (320mm x 320mm).
All HD poles are supplied with J bolts and two templates for setting the fixing bolts into new, wet concrete are included and are approx. 12.5" x 12.5" (320mm x 320mm).
The heavy duty poles have a bolt pattern (diagonal distance from one hole center to another) of approx. 12.75" (323mm).
The top of the HD poles have an outside diameter of approximately 3" (76mm) and tapers outwards towards the base.

Solar Panel
The 20W model is fitted with a 50 Watt solar panel.
The 30W model is fitted with a 60 Watt solar panel.
The 40W model is fitted with a 60 Watt solar panel.

Installation
Short support arm and mounting bracket is included.
The clamp/bracket can be attached to a round pole of 2" diameter up to 3.5" diameter.
The 20W model can be installed up to a height of approx. 20'.
The 30W model can be installed up to a height of approx. 23'.
The 40W model can be installed up to a height of approx. 26'.

With valid warranty registration, this fixture is offered with a 24 month warranty (excluding battery), in accordance with our Terms, Conditions, and Policies.

This product is a special order and is non-returnable except in the event of a fault (during its warranty period) when the product, once returned will be repaired or replaced.
Due to the nature of this specific type of fixture, its design, and its specifications (the preinstalled solar panel and preinstalled battery are integrated into it as an "all-on-one" design), the solar panel size (wattage) and battery size (capacity) cannot be customized or reconfigured. An all-in-one integrated type of fixture does not allow any changes to its specifications because they are built-in and fixed in. Therefore, it may not be an ideal fixture for northern geographical locations, more demanding applications, or less favorable locations. As the fixture offers a choice of different operational modes, in some instances, it may be prudent or necessary to select a more conservative operational mode.
The solar panel must be installed in a location where it can receive full direct sunshine (when available) and usually set facing South at an appropriate angle (where adjustment options allow). The solar panel must not be installed in a shaded or part shaded location and never indoors. The standard specifications of the system (particularly the solar panel Wattage and battery capacity) may need to be adjusted. These components are determined by your geographic location, power consumption (LED Wattage) and the total amount of hours of illumination time required. Such changes to the standard specifications may increase or decrease the cost shown. Please contact us for more information or assistance. The illumination time is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc. The illumination time of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the product as being ‘defective’ or ‘not as described’. All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate. Nearby strong lighting sources or ambient lighting may affect the operation of a solar light. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'. Please note, if you do not install or use this product for several months the battery may discharge naturally on its own. By allowing a battery to deep discharge it may cause irreversible damage as the battery may then lose the ability to recharge or hold a full charge. Although unlikely, we reserve the right to supply this product with any minor alterations or minor changes to the specifications (shown above by text description or by photographs) due to different supplies or product batches received, incorporating such product changes made by the manufacturer, without further notice. Any concrete work required to facilitate the installation of a pole should not be conducted until all materials have been supplied and have been inspected and verified as being correct and suitable.
