This 144 LED light bar system serves multi-purpose usage. Perfect for the internal or external illumination of monument signs, box signs, cabinet signs, church signs and pylon signs, notice boards etc. Choice of solar one or two lamp options.
This light system consists of one or two weather proof 144 Cree LED light bars. Each bar provides 864 lumens, and has the ability to typically run dusk to dawn using one light bar, and up to 8 hours using two light bars (subject to your geographic location). If installed in a location that experiences harsh winter weather, or low sun levels, a higher powered solar panel may be required. The kit is comes with a choice of one or two light bars, two 12 Volt rechargeable batteries, a metal battery box, a MPPT charge controller, a 45 Watt solar panel, and mounting brackets. The lockable battery box has outlets for the solar panel and light fixtures to connect to, and an on/off switch. The light will automatically illuminate at sunset and will stay illuminated until a programmed amount of time. The charge controller can be programmed to illuminate from dusk to dawn, turn off after a certain amount of hours, or it can use a dual timer option. The dual timer allows the light to activate at dusk and illuminate for X hours, switch off, and then turn back on for X hours prior to sunrise. The solar panel and light fixtures are supplied with several feet of cable, so they can be mounted away from the battery box if needed. The light bar’s low profile design enables it to be installed in the most restrictive places. They can be channel set into a new sign installation, or retro-fitted into an existing sign. Each light bar can illuminate a sign up to 12’ x 12’. The entire is system is simple plug & play installation. Most components are grey colored. Color of light output is white.

Additional evaluation with self-managing adjustments may continue for up to 7 more days. This is all part of the smart feature that enables this intelligent controller to understand its use, the application, the surrounding environment and the current conditions. During this time some of its programmed features may differ temporarily. This is a perfectly normal process and must be accepted during that time. During this time the controller will adjust to the current condition and charge status of the batteries. It is therefore recommended that all batteries are 100% fully charged before connection using an appropriate battery charger. This may significantly reduce the evaluation mode time of 7+7 days to much less. The solar panel(s) should be connected to the MPPT charge controller first, followed by the fully charged batteries.
