PDF DataOur commercial grade solar wall pack light system makes installing additional security lighting quick and easy. Install powerful solar lighting around a building or property without the need of finding a power supply or routing cables. This complete lighting kit can be installed almost anywhere.
This solar system consists of one to four LED wall pack lights, offered in 5 Watts or 10 Watts. Additional lights and/or higher powered lights can be added upon request. Once installed, the light fixture allows for 90 degrees of angle adjustment, making lighting only the areas needed a possibility. Our lighting kit is supplied with all the necessary equipment including solar panel, solar rechargeable batteries, MPPT charge controller, battery enclosure, solar panel mounting triangles and necessary cables. The size of the solar panel and batteries will vary based on the installation location, desired light fixture quantity and wattage, and illumination time. Please refer to our zone map and systems option table to determine the necessary system for your location. Dusk to dawn illumination is available, up to 8 hours or any other required illumination time. Timers, motion sensors, dimming, manual on/off switches can be added upon request. Color of light fixture is bronze. Color of light output is white.

Battery
24 Volt dc system.
Two 12 Volt AGM batteries are supplied.
Battery capacity required is based on quantity and wattage of light fixtures and desired illumination time.
Battery capacity options include 18Ah, 32Ah, 55Ah, 79Ah, 92Ah, 105Ah, 198Ah, and 245Ah.
Batteries must be connected together in series.
Battery Box
Supplied with an outdoor rated, weather proof battery enclosure.
Size and model of battery enclosure depends on batteries required.
Battery enclosure options include BE02, BE03 & BE05.
All battery enclosures are lockable with the use of a padlock (not included).
Outlets are installed on BE02 & BE03 enclosures for “plug & play” connections.
Battery enclosures are constructed from galvanized steel, with a gray painted finish.

Solar Panel
A 45 Watt solar panel is supplied as standard.
Higher powered solar panel options may be available. For help determining whether a solar panel upgrade is necessary, please contact our customer service department.
Supplied with approximately 17' (5m) of cable to connect directly to the battery box.
Two mounting frames are included to allow the solar panel to attach to a vertical or horizontal surface, supplied with pre-drilled holes.
45 Watt solar panel dimensions are approx. 34" x 20" x 1" (86cm x 51cm x 2.5cm) LxWxD.
An optional pole mount bracket can be purchased for pole mounting, see product SP04.
Control Module
This system includes a MPPT charge controller which regulates and manages the solar panel power, battery power and illumination timer.
Accepts and controls GEL, AGM and sealed lead acid type (VRLA) batteries.
Detects daytime and night time conditions via the solar panel.
Automatic voltage recognition (12v or 24v).
Float voltage for 24v system is 27.4v dc.
Low voltage disconnect for 24v system is 22.8 ~ 23.8v dc.
Reconnect voltage for 24v system is 25.6v dc.
Ambient temperature range -40 deg C ~ +50 deg C (-40 deg F ~ +122 deg F).

Single or dual timer mode options.
Charge controller can be programmed to run dusk to dawn, or for a number of hours.
Programming has to be done by Solar Illuminations, at the time of purchase.
Default setting is dusk to dawn.
Specific lighting programming must be arranged prior to shipping.
The illumination time may be determined by, and subject to, the specifications of the system and the insolation levels at the installation site.

Easy to install. All connections are simply plug & play.
Two mounting triangles are included to allow the solar panel to attach to a vertical or horizontal surface.
Designed to be wall mounted, possibly fixed to a pole, post, or other vertical solid surface.
Subject to warranty registration, a limited 20 year solar panel warranty applies and a limited 5 year warranty on all other components (excluding batteries). Battery warranty (if applicable) is with the battery manufacturer.* Warranty registration is required (after purchase), otherwise a standard 30 day limited warranty will apply. The solar panel must be installed in a location where it can receive full direct sunshine (when available) and usually set facing South at an appropriate angle (where adjustment options allow). The solar panel must not be installed in a shaded or part shaded location and never indoors. The standard specifications of the system (particularly the solar panel Wattage and battery capacity) may need to be adjusted. These components are determined by your geographic location, power consumption (LED Wattage) and the total amount of hours of illumination time required. Such changes to the standard specifications may increase or decrease the cost shown. Please contact us for more information or assistance. The illumination time is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc. The illumination time of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the product as being ‘defective’ or ‘not as described’. All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate. Nearby strong lighting sources or ambient lighting may affect the operation of a solar light. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'. Please note, if you do not install or use this product for several months the battery may discharge naturally on its own. By allowing a battery to deep discharge it may cause irreversible damage as the battery may then lose the ability to recharge or hold a full charge.
