This high quality solar pole top light will emit powerful and reliable lighting year-round. It's a great retro-fit solution. Choice of either black or gray finish. Fitted with a powerful 18 Watt LED lamp, it provides 2,800 lumens of light output. Integrated into the top of the fixture is a 38 Watt solar panel which has a slight angle so that it can face south and get maximum exposure. Inside the fixture is a pre-installed, high capacity, 154 Watt hour lithium battery pack. This solar pole top light fixture has many unique features including the ability to adjust the color of the light output. You can set it to 6,000k (cool white) or 3,000k (warm white). Another feature is the remote control that comes with it enabling the user or installer to select the lighting modes to meet your specific requirements. It's also incorporates a motion sensor which can be enabled or disabled depending on the mode selected. The standard lighting sequence is 100% power for 3 hours, 40% power for 4 hours, and 20% for the remainder of the night. The LED lamp will revert to 40% power if movement is detected. Other light modes include timed options, dimming, and motion control. This state-of-the-art solar pole top light can be quickly and easily attached to the top of an existing 3 inch diameter light pole. It can fix to other pole diameters using an optional tenon adapter. This solar powered pole light is ideal for both residential and commercial applications as well as in public spaces, parks, walking trails, play areas, mailboxes, and dog parks, etc. An ideal choice for private and gated communities, HOA's, etc. It can be used for general outdoor areas, small parking lots, small streets, and sidewalks, etc. Color of fixture is black or gray. The solar panel must be installed in a location where it can receive full direct sunshine (when available) and usually set facing South at an appropriate angle (where adjustment options allow). The solar panel must not be installed in a shaded or part shaded location and never indoors. The standard specifications of the system (particularly the solar panel Wattage and battery capacity) may need to be adjusted. These components are determined by your geographic location, power consumption (LED Wattage) and the total amount of hours of illumination time required. Such changes to the standard specifications may increase or decrease the cost shown. Please contact us for more information or assistance. The illumination time is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc. The illumination time of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the product as being ‘defective’ or ‘not as described’. All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate. Nearby strong lighting sources or ambient lighting may affect the operation of a solar light. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'. Please note, if you do not install or use this product for several months the battery may discharge naturally on its own. By allowing a battery to deep discharge it may cause irreversible damage as the battery may then lose the ability to recharge or hold a full charge.
