ST04 Technical Support Ticket (Platinum)

This platinum technical support ticket allows up to a total of 60 minutes of telephone technical support assistance during one phone call, or up to 30 minutes of technical support assistance (per call) during two phone calls, or up to 20 minutes of technical support assistance (per call) during three phone calls.  All calls must relate to the same product or system. It is valid for one year from date of purchase. Technical support is typically available weekdays (excluding Monday's and holidays) during our normal business hours. The invoice number for this transaction must be provided at time of calling along with the model number and invoice number of the product you require technical support for.

Allowance

1-3 telephone calls.
Up to 60 minutes duration, total (one call).
Up to 30 minutes duration, per call (two calls).
Up to 20 minutes duration, per call (three calls).
Must apply to the same product or system.
