This gold technical support ticket allows up to a total of 40 minutes of telephone technical support assistance during one phone call, or up to 20 minutes of technical support assistance during two phone calls. Either call must relate to the same product or system. It is valid for one year from date of purchase. Technical support is typically available weekdays (excluding Monday's and holidays) during our normal business hours. The invoice number for this transaction must be provided at time of calling along with the model number and invoice number of the product you require technical support for.
