PL23 Solar Pole Top Light 20W (Without Pole)

Our PL23 solar pole top light offers 20W of LED power which is 2,600 lumens at full power. All components are built in to an attractive and easy to install light fixture that can be installed on to an existing light pole. Eliminating the need expensive cable trenching and the monthly associated expenses on an electric bill.

This is a commercial grade light fixture, designed to illuminate dusk to dawn throughout the year. Due to the unique, decorative, style and design of this solar street light, it's an ideal choice for private communities, HOA's, associations, or anyone seeking an aesthetically pleasing solution. This smart, solar powered light fixture will adjust the light intensity accordingly based on the available battery capacity. Four lighting modes are available, incorporating dimming, and the included microwave motion sensor. The light will automatically activate at sunset at full power illuminating throughout the night and then turn off at sunrise. Please refer to the illumination time options in the product pictures and spec sheet. The light intensity will automatically adjust based on the available battery capacity if the battery has not fully recharged by the end of the day. The light fixture includes a solar panel built discretely in the top of the unit, with a built-in lithium battery and LED array installed on the under-side. Suitable installation height is between 10’ and 12’. Aluminum, glass and polycarbonate construction. Color of the product is black. Color of the light output is white.

This solar pole top light is ideal for use as a retro-fit light fixture to replace failed gas or electric lights, or for new installations. A perfect solutions for HOAs, neighborhoods, schools and college campuses, along walkways and streets.

Performance
Typically dusk to dawn illumination.
Light automatically illuminates at sunset.
Four illumination setting programs to choose from.
Option 1: Illuminates at 100% power for 5 hours, 30% power for 5 hours, then 100% power for night remainder.
Option 2: Illuminates at 100% power for 4 hours, then uses the motion sensor for the rest of the night. Motion sensor dims the light to 30% power, and switches to 100% when motion is detected.
Option 3: Illuminates at 100% power for 3 hours, uses the motion sensor for 7 hours, and then 4 hours at 100% power.
Option 4: Uses the motion sensor all night. Motion sensor dims the light to 30% power, and switches to 100% when motion is detected.
Illumination programing is selected prior to shipping.
Discrete on/off switch for manual over-ride.

This product is a special order and is non-returnable except in the event of a fault (during its warranty period) when the product, once returned will be repaired or replaced.
The solar panel must be installed in a location where it can receive full direct sunshine (when available) and usually set facing South at an appropriate angle (where adjustment options allow). The solar panel must not be installed in a shaded or part shaded location and never indoors. The standard specifications of the system (particularly the solar panel Wattage and battery capacity) may need to be adjusted. These components are determined by your geographic location, power consumption (LED Wattage) and the total amount of hours of illumination time required. Such changes to the standard specifications may increase or decrease the cost shown. Please contact us for more information or assistance. The illumination time is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc. The illumination time of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the product as being ‘defective’ or ‘not as described’. All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate. Nearby strong lighting sources or ambient lighting may affect the operation of a solar light. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'. Please note, if you do not install or use this product for several months the battery may discharge naturally on its own. By allowing a battery to deep discharge it may cause irreversible damage as the battery may then lose the ability to recharge or hold a full charge.
