It is unusual if we do not have the product you require in stock. We hold a large inventory of products in our warehouse, but sometimes we do sell out of some of the most popular products. We usually post an 'Out-of-Stock' notice within the product description at the web site or we insert a notice to advise of a delay. We reserve the right to apply a 10% cancellation fee to any order that is cancelled prior to dispatch. Cancellation of an order after shipping is not permitted. We will not be responsible for inbound or outbound shipping costs, upon cancellation, after an order has been shipped.
