This all-in-one solar street light is available with a 18 Watt (2016 Lumen) LED lamp. Sold as a complete system. This LED street light is unique and exclusive. This shoe-box style system is renowned for its high wind resistance. Made from stainless steel it's vandal resistant and highly durable so it's great for marine environments. Perfect for small streets, parking lots, walkways, marinas, public areas etc.
The street light’s all stainless steel construction sets it apart from all other solar street lights in its class. Illumination time is generally from dusk to dawn depending upon being in a suitable geographic location with optimum conditions etc. Where dusk to dawn lighting conditions do not permit or when not required, the system can be programmed to switch on at dusk and operate for up to a selected amount of hours (subject to location etc.). For example on at dusk and then off after 6 hours. If required, a dual time controller is available as an option, at extra cost. The 'shoe-box' style light head is fitted with 336 LED's which have a typical lifespan of approximately 100,000 hours (about 22 years). The LED lamp provides approximately 2016 Lumens. The all in one lamp unit attaches directly to the top of the pole. The 13' pole has an integral base which can be bolted directly to a level, solid surface. A battery box is built into the lamp head unit to facilitate the rechargeable battery. The 50w solar panel is built neatly into the top of the lamp unit creating a "shoebox" style design. Light output is equal to approximately 200-250 Watts of conventional incandescent lighting. It can be supplied with white, warm white or cool white LEDs. It can also be supplied fitted with amber or orange colored LEDs so that it is "turtle friendly". This makes this street light ideal for beach and island locations where "turtle friendly" lighting is a requirement. The system is supplied complete.

Programmable lock-out feature for optional use to prevent accidental or unauthorised tampering.

The solar panel must be installed in a location where it can receive full direct sunshine (when available) and usually set facing South at an appropriate angle (where adjustment options allow). The solar panel must not be installed in a shaded or part shaded location and never indoors. The standard specifications of the system (particularly the solar panel Wattage and battery capacity) may need to be adjusted. These components are determined by your geographic location, power consumption (LED Wattage) and the total amount of hours of illumination time required. The illumination time is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc. The illumination time of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the product as being ‘defective’ or ‘not as described’. All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate.
