Supplied as a complete system including solar panel, batteries, charge controller, and all other necessary components.
This is a commercial grade light system supplied with up to four spotlights containing a powerful 10W (900 Lumen) LED. The system is supplied with enough battery capacity to allow for dusk to dawn illumination while also including up to three nights of battery back-up to accommodate for unfavorable weather conditions. Please refer to the zone map and system options table to determine the appropriate system for you and your location. The kit is supplied with the light fixture, a weather proof battery box, a MPPT charge controller, solar panel, and a 12 Volt AGM solar rechargeable battery. The battery box is supplied with outlets for the solar panel and light fixtures to plug in to. When the system is connected the light will activate automatically at sunset and will stay illuminated until the set amount of time. The solar panel and light fixtures are supplied with several feet of cable, so they can be mounted away from the battery box if needed. Color of light fixture is black. Color of other parts of the system is gray. Color of light output is white.
This solar powered fixture is ideal for lighting up flag poles so there is no longer the need to lower your flag at dusk any more. You can install the light and panel at the bottom of the flag pole, or for better results you can purchase our clamp kits to attach the lamp and/or solar panel to the pole, closer to the flag. Perfect for use where electricity is unavailable or too expensive or difficult to install.

Light Fixture
Up to four spotlights are included with this system.
The spotlight is fitted with powerful 7W SMD/LED.
Total 800-950 Lumens per lamp (subject to color temperature).
LED beam angle is approx. 60 degrees.
White LED color temperature is approx. 6000-6500k.
The light fixture is weather rated to I.P 65.
The light's mounting bracket has pre-drilled holes to allow fixing using screws or bolts (not included).

The light fixture is fitted with approximately 18' (5.5m) of pre-wired cable which is pre-plugged ready for easy connection to the battery box.
Additional extension cable is available (upon request) as an option.

Battery
12V DC system.
Supplied with one or two 12V AGM batteries.
Gel battery is available by special order.
Battery capacity is dependent on quantity of light fixtures.

Battery Box
A remote battery box is supplied to accommodate the batteries, and charge controller.
The battery box has a hinged lid which is lockable (padlock not included).
The battery box has an integral battery shelf which houses the programmable control module.
The battery box has receptacles (socket) for the light, and solar panel to connect to.
The battery box size varies based on battery sizes.
Solar Panel
Aluminum framed, tempered glass solar panel is included.
Approx. 18' (5.5m) of pre-wired connection cable is supplied and attached to the battery box for connection to the solar panel.
Extension cables available if necessary.
Solar panel is supplied with triangular brackets for mounting.
The solar panel dimensions depend on quantity of light fixtures and installation location.

Control Module
This system includes a programmable control module which regulates and manages the solar panel power, battery power, and illumination time.
The compact control module has LED indicators to display status, and houses connections for solar panel, batteries, and lamp.
User programmable illumination time of up to 1 to 12 hours or dusk-to-dawn setting (where conditions permit).
User or installer can set the control module to run from dusk and then shut off after a certain amount of hours.
Default setting is typically dusk to dawn.
Instructions are supplied should the user or installer need to program or re-program the module*.
Installation
Easy to install. All connections are simply plug & play.
For up lighting from the ground, for sign lighting, we recommend fixing to a small, short wooden post (not included).
Solar panel is supplied with an attached u-shaped bracket for mounting.
Subject to warranty registration, a limited 20 year solar panel warranty applies and a limited 5 year warranty on all other components (excluding batteries). Battery warranty (if applicable) is with the battery manufacturer.* Warranty registration is required (after purchase), otherwise a standard 30 day limited warranty will apply. The solar panel must be installed in a location where it can receive full direct sunshine (when available) and usually set facing South at an appropriate angle (where adjustment options allow). The solar panel must not be installed in a shaded or part shaded location and never indoors. The standard specifications of the system (particularly the solar panel Wattage and battery capacity) may need to be adjusted. These components are determined by your geographic location, power consumption (LED Wattage) and the total amount of hours of illumination time required. Such changes to the standard specifications may increase or decrease the cost shown. Please contact us for more information or assistance. The illumination time is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc. The illumination time of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the product as being ‘defective’ or ‘not as described’. All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate. Nearby strong lighting sources or ambient lighting may affect the operation of a solar light. This does not define the product as being 'defective' or 'not as described'. Please note, if you do not install or use this product for several months the battery may discharge naturally on its own. By allowing a battery to deep discharge it may cause irreversible damage as the battery may then lose the ability to recharge or hold a full charge.
