This twin lamp 'High-Lux' solar powered street light was recently added to our collection as it's made exclusively for Solar Illuminations. This solar street light is not available anywhere else. This innovative new powered solar street light uses the latest SMD/LED technology to ensure optimum reliability and performance. Illumination time is generally from dusk to dawn and is fully automated via a photocell (light sensor). This system stores reserve power to allow for up to several days of cloudy weather. Each light head is fitted with either 552 Cree® SMD/LED's which have a typical lifespan up to 100,000 hours (typically about 22 years). Each 552 SMD/LED lamp provide almost 4500 Lumens. Each lamp head attaches to the support arm which, in turn, fixes to the pole. The pole has a integral base which can be bolted directly to a level, solid surface. A ground anchor kit and templates are included. A battery box is supplied to facilitate the rechargeable batteries. The powerful 280w solar panel attaches direct to the pole and is rated for use in most applications. We can supply higher wattage solar panels, where necessary, at additional cost. Light output is equal to a conventional street light of approximately 200-400 Watts per lamp unit. The system operates at maximum output from dusk until dawn. An optional, unique, 50/50 feature is available which provides illumination at maximum output for the first 6 hours after dusk and then reduces to 50% output for the remaining hours until dawn. This feature can help at installation sites in less favorable locations where insolation hours are reduced or where maximum output is simply not required all night long. This solar street light can be custom made to meet your specifications. We can install any quantity of SMD/LED's with the lamp head (up to 1000) and we can supply almost any size solar panel. This 24 volt system is supplied complete, with battery box, two 12 volt batteries and an installation kit. Standard color of fixture is silver/gray. Custom colors by special order only, at extra cost and for large quantity orders only. The cost of the system will depend upon the height of the pole, the quantity of SMD/LED's installed within the lamp case, the solar panel wattage and the battery capacity. Prices for this system are shown below and start at $4999.99. Shipping costs will vary and are subject to quantity, size and weight of shipment as well as delivery address. For a majority of US states, domestic shipping is typically (on average) around $500 for one street light with 20' pole and around $350 for each subsequent street light with 20' pole sent at the same time to the same address. You can email us to request a shipping estimate once you are ready to place an order. Street light shipments are sent by UPS Freight and delivery times vary from 1-7 business days depending upon the delivery address and service. Customer arranged collection and freight collect services are not available. Air shipping is, naturally, not an option. International orders will require shipping by sea, in one or more containers. Please note, this is a special order (factory order) product and not usually held in stock. Additional manufacturing time and delivery time must therefore be allowed.

NOTES
Time length of night time illumination is estimated and subject to various factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, seasons, temperature, weather conditions & location of product etc.
Shorter illumination time due to one or more of the above factors does not define the fixture as being defective or define the fixture as being advertised incorrectly.
We advertise and supply our solar lights to customers all over the world are therefore, naturally, we are unable to guarantee the nightly illumination time as it can vary and any time stated is quoted as 'up to' x amount hours.
Minor errors & omissions must be accepted.
Although unlikely, we reserve the right to supply this product with any minor alterations or minor changes to the specifications (shown above by text description or by photographs) due to different supplies or product batches received, incorporating such product changes made by the manufacturer, without further notice.
A higher wattage solar panel is always recommended over a lower wattage as it will be more efficient at recharging the battery and therefore helping to increase the illumination time.
Descriptions, specifications and photographs are updated regularly but may not be current when minor changes to a product have only recently been made.
All solar lights must be used in a completely dark location at night time otherwise they may not illuminate. Nearby strong lighting sources or ambient lighting may affect the operation of a solar light. This does not define the fixture as being defective or 'not as described'.
Naturally, the illumination duration (light-up time) of most solar lights can reduce during winter months when the weather is poor and the days are shorter. During this time insolation hours decrease accordingly. This does not define the fixture as being defective or 'not as described'.
