This security floodlight is unique in that the light output is provided via 24 super bright LED light bulbs. It will provide automatic illumination when the motion sensor detects activity within its coverage area. This security light fixture operates within the hours of darkness only (dusk to dawn). Easy installation wall mounting or may be mounted on a solid vertical flat surface. The solar cell panel can be attached to the light fixture or can be detached and located up to several feet away so the maximum of sunlight can be sought if the floodlight is fixed in a shady area. Therefore it is possible to use this light indoors in a garage, shed or outbuilding. The solar cell panel may be located up to 10' (3 metres) away. Ideal for lighting up driveways, walkways, pathways, yards, decks and patios. Perfect for use in vulnerable areas to a property. No need for costly wiring installation or electricity supply. Great for use where electricity is unavailable or to difficult to install with the added bonus of no operating costs. The motion sensor covers an area up to approximately 50' across a 100 degree angle. The fixture incorporates a main light body consisting of 24 super bright LED's (made by Cree®) which has horizontal and vertical movement for adjustment and provides a light output equal to that of about 20 watts of light. The LED's typically last up to 20 years so there are no bulb changes. This floodlight fixture, in complete darkness lights up an area up to approximately 25' x 25'.
