1. Where
do I find more information about a product?
Every solar light we advertise has a
detailed product description. If necessary press
the purple MORE INFO button found below the
product description to view specifications,
dimensions
and additional
information.

How do I know
if an item is available?
If an item is unavailable or temporarily out
of stock, usually a notice is displayed
below the product description. Otherwise the
item is usually in stock.
3.
Where are
orders shipped out from?
All orders
ship from our S.W. Florida warehouse and we
ship orders worldwide daily. We do not use
any third party suppliers or drop-shipper's.
All products are are own products which are
physically held within our own warehouse.
4.
When will an
order ship out and how much is the shipping
cost?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business
days. In addition, please be patient by allowing
appropriate shipping time from Florida to
your delivery address.
Shipping costs and shipping
options are all displayed during the
check-out process once you have added what
you need to your shopping cart.
5.
Do I have to
pay sales tax?
Sales tax (at 6%) is only applied to orders
being shipped to a Florida address.

Can I get a
catalog or brochure?
We do not publish or mail out catalogs or
brochures (with the exception of our solar
street lights). We believe this to be a
waste of paper and completely unnecessary in
this day and age. You can simply print off
any product of interest directly from our
web site.
7.
How do I place
an order?
Quite simply,
you can place your order here at our web
site. Payment is secure. Orders from
the general public will need to be made at
this web site.
We do not normally take orders, via the
telephone, from the general public unless
there are very specific or very unique circumstances.
8.
My credit card
was declined, what do I do?
If paying by credit card be sure to only
enter your credit card billing address
otherwise your card will be declined by your
issuing bank. Remember, it's your card
issuer that decides if the transaction is
accepted or declined, not us. The majority
of those credit cards that are declined are
because of insufficient funds or the address
you entered at this web site was not your
credit card billing address. Call your card
issuer if you have questions or problems.
9.
My credit card billing address is a P.O.
Box, what do I do?
Ensure you only use your credit card billing
address details when placing your order.
Then, once your have completed your on-line
order, simply email us with your ship-to
address details, for UPS shipping.
10.
Do you ship
orders internationally?
Yes, unlike 80% of US e-commerce stores, we
gladly accept international orders. We ship
international orders, worldwide, on a daily
basis.
11.
Why do you generally only ship to the credit
card billing address?
The reason is simple and logical. It
basically eliminates credit card fraud
because only the cardholder will be
receiving the order and not a fraudster
ordering with delivery to an alternative
address. All credit card issuers recommend
this policy, for obvious reasons. We also
use AVS (Address Verification System) to
ensure the address matches the credit card
billing address and all transaction are
processed in 'real-time' instantly the very
moment a customer submits the order on-line.
